SUBJECT: Implementation of HB 4215 – Regulatory Changes Effective July 1, 2026

House Bill 4215 introduces updates intended to improve oversight, safety, and consistency within West Virginia’s groundwater industry. While full details should be reviewed directly within the legislation, key areas of impact may include:

RENEW MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships for the West Virginia Water Well Drillers Association is annual and individual. For convenience, you can renew with your conference registration or select the Membership Renewal Form and return it to the office with payment.

Proof of Attendance Forms

At the conclusion of the conference, be sure to have the Proof of Attendance signed for each course taken. Turn in the white and yellow copies to the registration desk.

The WV WWDA keeps the white copy and the DHHR will receive the yellow copy. Keep the pink copy for your records and be sure to copy it and submit with your renewal to the state.
