2023 SPRING CONFERENCE & EXHIBITION
The West Virginia Water Well Drillers Association is opening registration for the single-day conference. After discussing changes to the schedule last year, we are thrilled to try the new ideas.
Exhibitors, make plans to join us and setup that morning, exhibit mid-morning to early afternoon and then teardown and head home in the same afternoon. There are additional setup times for the day before (Monday, 4/10) from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM if you would like more than three hours to setup that are provided on Tuesday morning.
Attendees and associated participants, we are looking forward to accommodating requests to have education in the morning, dedicated exhibit hall hours and buffet lunch and then additional education in the afternoon. This year there will only be a single option for classes though, we look forward to implementing a second option in 2024.
General Membership Meeting
Tuesday, April 11th – 10:00 AM in the Huntington Classroom
For those that are interested in helping support the WV WWDA in moving forward and understanding the current organization, we welcome you at the General Membership Meeting immediately following Course #2 in the Huntington Classroom. An agenda packet and information will be available online and sent out prior to the conference. This is an opportunity to come together with all disciplines of the industry to better understand what is needed and how the organization is moving forward.
