2026 SPRING CONFERENCE & EXHIBITION
APRIL 9-10, 2026
The 2026 Spring Conference and Exhibition is coming together. Prepare for a two day conference with the first day providing the First Aid and CPR course. Day two will have educational courses and dedicated exhibit hall hours!
RENEW MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships for the West Virginia Water Well Drillers Association is annual and individual. For convenience, you can renew with your conference registration or select the Membership Renewal Form and return it to the office with payment.
All members, have the benefit of reduced registration fees and the annual newsletter sent out in the first quarter of the year.

Annual Scholarship Available
Support your students as they pursue higher education, vocational training to technical courses! Eligibility requires membership within the family. Download the form below.
Proof of Attendance Forms
At the conclusion of the conference, be sure to have the Proof of Attendance signed for each course taken. Turn in the white and yellow copies to the registration desk.
The WV WWDA keeps the white copy and the DHHR will receive the yellow copy. Keep the pink copy for your records and be sure to copy it and submit with your renewal to the state.
Contractor Renewal
It is recommended to NOT wait for a renewal in the mail.
When submitting your renewal, include the following:
- Completed EW-125 D form. Download your copy here.
- Copy of your Certificate of Completion
- Renewal Fee
